Our optical boutique showcases frames in many styles and colours, along with a wide selection of sunglasses. We are able to provide you with contact lenses best suited for you. The staff and doctors of Progressive Vision Centre are committed to offering you a positive experience from the time you walk in the door until you leave.

Dr. Dawn Clarke
Dr. Clarke opened her first practice in Huntingdon, England in 2000 and ran a successful full scope optometry clinic before emigrating to Canada with her husband and three children in 2007.
After serving the eye care needs of the Kitchener-Waterloo community for over 13 years, Dr. Dawn Clarke is now delighted to be practicing in St Catharines Ontario.
With considerable experience in family eye care, including adult and children’s eye examinations, contact lens fitting and eye surgery co-management, Dr. Clarke can diagnose, treat, or co-manage most eye conditions.
In her spare time Dr. Clarke enjoys travelling, running, and reading.
Professional memberships include the Canadian Association of Optometrists, The Ontario College of Optometrists, the Ontario Association of Optometrists, The College of Optometrists (UK), and The Association of Optometric Practitioners (UK)

Rachel
Dispensing Optician
Rachel has been with us since 2019. She studied Opticianry at Georgian College for 2 years and became a Licensed Optician in 2021. She is highly skilled in her craft and is happy to help you make the best decision with your eyewear needs.
Rachel was born and raised in the Niagara Region and in her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, walking her dog, and touring Niagara's wine region.
Kara
Front Desk/Technician
Kara joined the office in August of 2018 and has brought with her over 10 years of customer service experience. She will often be one of the first people to greet you with a warm smile when you arrive! Kara is very passionate about the optometric field and loves assisting our patients. She enjoys being a part of your full scope experience, She will help you through your appointment for your eye exam, and will guide you with any of your diagnostic needs. Kara is currently on maternity leave and we look forward to welcoming her back soon.
Kait
Front Desk
Kait has been part of the team since January 2020 and since then she has earned the title of "Front Desk Rock-star". She is often the first point of contact for patients. Her warm welcomes and pleasant demeanour foster a warm and inviting atmosphere within the office.
Kait comes from the small town of Boston Ontario. She enjoys drinking wine by the fire and playing with her many ridiculous cats when she is
not hard at work in the office.
